Well today was a rather (non) fun filled day. I got 8 hours of sleep for once, at least. Then I had to cut the grass, clean the gutters on my roof, edge the driveway, blow off excess grass, hose down the garage and squeegie it, then finally the outside work was done. Then my dad forced me to learn how to cook tuna casserole (why?). So, now I am finally getting to sit back and take it easy. In other news, I am working on my new site design that will be unveiled this summer, and I am pleased to say it is coming along nicely :)

Yay, I just finished my book "Gerald's Game" by Stephen King (really messed up). So, now I gotta start "PastWatch: The Redemption of Christopher Columbus." My History teacher wants me to read it to see if it would be a good Pre-IB English 10 book for next year. It sounds like a weird book (Orson Scott Card), I guess we'll see.

In other news, my jazz band tryouts went well. Ms White and Mr. Carroll (jazz band teachers) are thinking of re-doing the tryouts for saxes (what I play) because they were so close. She said each sax that tried out came within a point of the other saxes, so it's too close to judge. Cool :) I don't know my symphonic band results yet, won't know until Wednesday.....grr...

GRRRRRRRR!!!!! Mr. Morrow was about to tell Eric and I the chair placements for alto saxes, then one of the co-directors, Ms White, spoke up and told him not to tell until after the concert, because if someone in symphonic band got knocked out of symphonic band into Concert 1 (the second band, not as good as symphonic), they might lose the will to play their best at next Tuesday's concert. So, Mr. Morrow agreed and is not telling us chair placements until next WEDNESDAY! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Well we did our tryouts today for band. After school, my friend Eric and I bugged our head band director to death about the results but he said he wouldn't post them until tomorrow. Grrrrr. So I will find out how I did tomorrow. I am so nervous!!
